Estimates
All estimates are free and provided in writing before work begins. Final cost may vary if additional damage is discovered once repair work starts, and any changes will be communicated before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Insurance claims are billed directly to the insurer where applicable, with any deductible due from the customer.
Warranty
Repairs are backed by a workmanship warranty. Specific terms are provided at the time of service and vary by repair type.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left unclaimed after completed repairs may be subject to storage fees after a reasonable notice period.
Limitation of Liability
A Plus Auto Collision and Towing is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed at the time of estimate.
